Contribute to the reduction of recidivism rates by implementing and managing high quality focused support services, practical welfare assistance and reintegration planning for prisoners within a Correctional environment, whilst providing mentoring and supporting a team of Prisoner Support Officers and Pre-Release Case Managers.
