As a Senior Business Partner, you will develop and deliver sustainable, and evidence-based HR solutions through partnering with relevant leaders, analysing data, and remaining abreast of legislative or regulatory changes. Additionally, you will provide tailored HR services to support business needs while ensuring all workforce related activities are compliant with policies, practices, procedures, and relevant legislation. • Use your HR business partnering and high-level interpersonal skills to support stakeholders and business units. • Experience a fantastic team culture with opportunities to develop. As a Business Partner in the Employee Relations team, you will provide employment and legislative advice and manage complex employee relations matters.
