Join the Mental Health Hospital in the Home (MH HITH) team as an Advanced Carer Peer Worker and use your lived experience to support others in their recovery journey. In this role, you will provide peer support, reassurance and practical assistance to consumers, while contributing to recovery planning and modelling positive, recovery-focused strategies. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support consumers, families and carers to build hope, wellbeing and meaningful outcomes.
