We’re seeking a passionate professional to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men on their journey to better health and wellbeing. Work closely with men transitioning from prison back into the community and provide culturally safe care coordination, support services and advocate for individual needs. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
