Health and Wellbeing Queensland is seeking a Principal Evaluation and Insights Lead to shape how we measure and learn from our work across complex systems.In this dynamic role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and refinement of innovative evaluations that explore change at individual, community, and systems levels.Collaborating across portfolios and with external partners, you'll translate diverse data into meaningful insights aligned with HWQld's Measuring Change Framework. With a focus on participatory and complexity-aware approaches, you'll deliver high-quality evaluations, support organisational learning, and contribute to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Queenslanders.
