The role of the Senior Training Instructor is to lead the delivery of high-quality training and assessment (including competency-based training) to youth detention staff and contribute to the strategic and operational objectives of the youth detention centres. You will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver high quality training and assessment (including competency-based training) and to undertake general administrative duties to support youth detention training. This position will play a critical role in the delivery of training to new and existing youth detention operational staff, as well as providing leadership and mentorship to the Training Instructors.
