The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment for frontline officers, frontline support and corporate support staff, to ensure the QAS can continue to provide ambulance services to the Queensland community. The role provides advice and support to management and staff within the QAS in relation to a broad range of recruitment and selection processes and procedures. The role is also responsible for application correspondence, candidate management, selection and appointment activities and documentation, establishment management, employee movements, case management and the provision of advice regarding employment conditions.
