As Managing Principal Lawyer, you will lead a small team in managing prosecutions and statutory appeal and tribunal related litigation, relating to the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP). You will lead critical legal advice on complex NFAEP matters to executive leaders and appear as an advocate and instruct legal service providers in various courts and tribunals. The Business and Corporate Partnership (BCP) division provides strategic advice, leads key programs implementation and delivers corporate services that enable the department to achieve its objectives.
