Deliver compassionate palliative care where it matters most. As a Registered Nurse in Palliative Care, you will provide autonomous, person-centred nursing care within a remote community setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
