Lead a critical HR Centre Services function supporting Queensland Corrective Services correctional centres across the state. As Manager, Human Resources – Centre Services, you will lead HR business partnering and centre-based HR service delivery across a complex, operational and highly unionised frontline environment. This role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across payroll and timesheet support, rostering and workforce management, establishment management and advisory services. We are seeking an experienced, values-led HR leader who can manage dispersed teams, build capability, strengthen consistent service delivery, support change initiatives and provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders.
