The Project Officer supports the Director and management team by coordinating business activities, including administration, HR, finance reporting, and project support. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure smooth operations across the business unit. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, emails, travel, financial updates, meetings, procurement, and business projects. You’ll analyse financial data, prepare reports, advise on workflow and project delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements.
