The Residential Aged Care Acute Support Service (RaSS) provides a seven-day, extended hours service delivering rapid, specialist care to residents of Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH) across the West Moreton Health catchment. The service focuses on early identification and management of acute deterioration, with the aim of avoiding unnecessary Emergency Department presentations and hospital admissions through provision of timely, evidence-based care in the resident’s usual place of care. Permanent Part-Time opportunity – 64 hours per fortnight!
