The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art seeks a qualified Spray Painter to join its production team.This position will perform a key hands-on role in the preparation of a range of projects at the Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art.This includes the prefabrication, construction, installation and maintenance of exhibitions, collection displays and other audience engagement spaces and projects.The role will be required to work responsively and flexibly adapting to a variety of tasks that may be specific to this trade area or more general in relation to the types of exhibitions the Gallery undertakes.The role works together with a range of fulltime and casual tradespeople and trade assistants, contractors, and staff from various disciplines.Work may be physical and requires a suitable level of fitness and mobility.
