As a Child Safety Support Officer, you will work with Child Safety Officers and other staff to deliver culturally appropriate, practical prevention and early intervention support services to children, young people and their families.You will do this utilising a range of strategies including direct work with vulnerable children, young people and their families (e.g., supervision and support when children are spending time with their families, transporting children and young people to various appointments, supporting young people as they transition from care, etc), as well as providing support to Child Safety Officers and other staff with case management work (e.g., high-level administrative support, etc).As a valued member of our team, your contribution will help us deliver high-quality child protection services.Refer to the role description for more information.
