The position contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Integrity Commission by managing the flow of misconduct matters through the Complaints and Oversight Unit, including by:  identifying and analysing allegations of misconduct in complaints and notifications submitted under the Act  triaging complaints  undertaking assessments of complaints  undertaking audits of matters managed by public authorities  database management  maintaining communications with complainants, public officers and other stakeholders.
