Experience assessing freight access impacts on road networks and engaging with freight, road safety, and community stakeholders. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to drive innovative, data-driven solutions. Demonstrated capability to analyse data, identify trends, risks, and root causes and support effective mitigation planning. Promotes collaboration, shared goals and clear performance outcomes within teams. Shows resilience, supports others to overcome challenges and applies sound professional engineering judgement while guiding others. Understanding of traffic and transport management principles is essential. Qualifications and experience in road operations, traffic, and asset management are highly regarded.
