Reporting to the Cairns High Risk Foot and Diabetes Team, this role works under minimal supervision within a multidisciplinary setting to deliver high‑quality diabetes support, health education, community engagement, telehealth assistance, and culturally safe care to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
