Rasmussen State School is seeking a Head of Department - Student Services to coordinate support for vulnerable students, including students in out-of-home care and those experiencing complex personal or family circumstances. The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal, leadership team, staff, families, carers, Child Safety, and external agencies to ensure students are supported, connected and able to engage successfully at school. The position requires a relational, organised and student-centred leader who can work sensitively with complex families and external organisations to promote stability, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
