The Principal Business Analyst partners with business and technology teams to identify, analyse, and optimise processes and systems that enable digital transformation. The role focuses on understanding business pain points, translating them into digital requirements, and designing solutions that deliver measurable value across the Queensland Motor Accident Insurance Schemes (MAIS-Q). Working within an agile, cross-functional environment, this digital leadership role seeks opportunities to facilitate digital transformation by leading analysis and improvement efforts, driving ownership of MAIS-Q digital outcomes, and collaborating with business owners to ensure benefits are realised once solutions are implemented.
