The Manager, Intensive Case Management (ICM), is responsible for leading the statewide ICM team and leading other case management and core program service delivery functions to support Youth Justice Service Centres and Youth Detention Centre’s. The Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of case management practices across the full continuum of Youth Justice service settings, by providing targeted advice and support, so youth justice responses are evidence-based, inclusive, and grounded in the principles of Risk, Needs, Responsivity.
