The Manager, Payroll Support and Services within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business leads a range of service delivery teams delivering a quality payroll service that best contribute to Queensland Shared Services KPI's.Queensland Shared Services, Service Delivery is committed to delivering high quality customer service and is involved in a range of significant business, system and organisational review projects in support of organisational objectives. Service Delivery also strive to ensure the delivery of improved and cost-effective services to our diverse customer base. This position will also provide advice on the performance and operations of the function, ensuring that it aligns with QSS operational plan and strategic direction.
