The Senior Support and Training Officer is responsible for providing expert advice and support for specialised software solutions that meet organisational business needs. It contributes to the development, maintenance, and support of Queensland Health’s Services Information Management System (SIMS), as well as other Finance Solutions systems including the Decision Support System (DSS) and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with best practice and contemporary processes.
