Every shift in Rockhampton Hospital's Medical Unit brings new challenges, caring for patients with stroke, cardiac conditions, complex medical needs and those recovering from intensive care. This role will see you helping one of the hospital's busiest inpatient units running smoothly by coordinating care, supporting timely admissions and discharges, responding to clinical changes and guiding the nursing team through high-pressure situations. Your expertise will influence patient experiences, support safer outcomes and help ensure people receive the right care at the right time.
