The role of the Team Leader, People and Engagement is to provide strategic high level HR advice and services to management and employees of OPG, on issues such as workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, performance management, leadership development, recruitment and retention, learning and development, salary and entitlements and workplace health and safety.
