• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Centres Business Services areas. • Supervision of business services staff. • Review and evaluate administrative systems and recommend improvements to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. • Liaise with the General Manager and other members of the senior management team and provide advice on the administrative aspects of the facility’s operations. • Monitor the financial performance of the Centre and provide advice to the Correctional Manager, Business Services regarding significant variances to budget. • Monitor and coordinate Business Services functions including external service providers of goods and services to the Centre. • Assist with the develop and write business cases and funding submissions to reflect the needs of the centre. • Assist with management of agreements/contracts of suppliers to the centre.
