Queensland's passenger rail network is undergoing significant transformation in response to unprecedented growth & emerging demands.In the next decade,various large rail infrastructure investment projects & system enhancements will be delivered which will change the way people move. To ensure a co-ordinated approach in the delivery of this large rail infrastructure pipeline,TMR has established a Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office. The Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office: • leads the delivery of a growing major rail program & has accountability for a state-wide program of major rail projects to deliver on the Queensland government's priorities • ensures that TMR rail project delivery teams work collaboratively & engage with each other & with Queensland Rail & Industry so as to deliver a consistent customer experience that meets emerging customer expectations.
