An enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader is required to join our team within the IT Service Centre. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Leader who can lead and manage a Business Support team within the IT Service Centre, including the delivery of consistent, high quality services to customers and stakeholders, whilst meeting key performance targets.
