We are seeking an experienced Principal Lawyer in our Litigation Unit in the Brisbane CBD office. You will be a confident and qualified Lawyer, with strong advocacy skills, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others based on sound decision making and evidence-based reasoning.You will have experience in the application of the legislation that governs the department, and it is advantageous if you have experience in conducting civil and criminal court proceedings.
