We are seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership and technical expertise in civil infrastructure delivery. You will have proven experience in program and project management, including governance of major projects and rail interfaces with strong risk management capability. You bring the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, communicate complex technical information clearly, and build effective stakeholder relationships. You demonstrate sound engineering operational experience, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a results-driven mindset, with resilience to deliver outcomes aligned with strategic priorities. Mandatory Requirements; Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Washington Accord or equivalent) RPEQ registration Class C Driver’s Licence Work eligibility in Australia Ability to meet pre-employment checks.
