As a Principal Project Officer with Migration Queensland, you will lead program delivery and team performance to support Queensland's State Nominated Migration Program. Working in a dynamic environment, you will translate strategic priorities into effective program settings, processes and initiatives, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will lead stakeholder engagement, oversee complex operational activities, coach a high-performing team, and use data and insights to enhance program effectiveness and service delivery.
