The position is responsible for leading and supporting nursing and midwifery programs for the Office of the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer to support nursing and midwifery workforce policy frameworks and strategy, engagement mechanisms and systems, attraction and retention innovation and major nursing and midwifery events.
