This is a strategic role in which the Health Practitioner Research Fellow leads the development, direction, and implementation of the research agenda for health practitioners across Central Queensland Health. The position provides leadership grounded in advanced research expertise, with responsibility for guiding research translation, strengthening research capability, and fostering capacity building among health practitioners. Applicants with a strong postdoctoral track record in clinical research methodology are encouraged to apply.
