Provide high-quality advice across a broad range of people and culture matters as a People Services Advisor within the Department of Health. In this role, you’ll manage complex enquiries, support best practice people management, and deliver clear, consistent guidance aligned with legislation, awards, and policy. Working within the People Connect service, you’ll coordinate and progress matters across service levels, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver responsive, client-focused outcomes.
