In this role you will be responsible for leading the internal and external budget process.  It will provide timely, independent and informed strategic and operational financial advice and analysis to ensure the current and long-term financial sustainability of QCS.  The role will ensure that QCS budgetary policies, procedures, and operations are aligned to contemporary best practice, QCS strategic objectives, legislative requirements, and accounting principles and standards. The Manager Budgets reports to the Director Management Accounting.
