Provide installation, maintenance, administration and support for the desktop operating environment and associated applications. Provide technical advice to clients; assist in Desktop Support Service provision as well as building and maintaining customer relationships. Assist in the development and documentation of standards, systems, and procedures as required within ICT Client Services.
