As the Pharmacy Support Team Leader, you'll coordinate the pharmacy support workforce, overseeing recruitment, rostering, training and professional development while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture. Working closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, you'll also undertake advanced pharmacy clinical assistant duties to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical services across Rockhampton Hospital and surrounding facilities.
