The Adult Restorative Justice Conferencing (ARJC) team delivers restorative justice conferencing services that provide a safe and structured environment for victims, offenders, and other stakeholders to come together to address the harm that was caused by criminal behaviour. Through these conferences, the team facilitates meaningful dialogue, promotes accountability, and supports the rehabilitation of offenders while empowering victims to have their voices heard. This process focuses on healing, reducing reoffending, and strengthening community relationships by focusing on repairing harm and restoring trust.
