Your role in Corporate Services supports the department in delivering housing assistance, homelessness services, local government advice, state and regional planning, public works design, and industry regulatory reform. The work you do helps someone every day, and that means the world to us. The Legal Services team provides independent legal advice and representation on construction, commercial, and public administration matters, while also assisting with legislative development. The unit manages public administration issues, including right to information and privacy. As Principal Legal Officer, you will help protect the department’s legal interests, particularly in property, contractual, and commercial matters.
