Biggera Waters State School is seeking a committed and proactive leader to join our leadership team as Head of Department, Student Services. This role will lead key work across Positive Behaviour for Learning, case management, tiered student support, the Hub, attendance, engagement and school-wide consistent practices. The successful applicant will work closely with leaders, staff, families and external agencies to strengthen student support systems and build staff capability. We are seeking someone who is calm, organised, relational and confident leading proactive whole-school approaches to student engagement and wellbeing.
