The Capital Assets and Facilities Management Group manages the state-wide capital works, property, planning and asset management requirements for the Queensland Police Service (QPS), which includes a broad range of property assets including police facilities, office accommodation, housing, training facilities, fleet workshops and warehousing.You will lead a major program of capital works in delivering a range of capital programs and projects including new, replacement and upgrade works. In addition, you will consult and negotiate with key senior management to contribute to the development of the Queensland Police Service capital program delivery framework.You will be a key departmental point of contact in relation to state-wide capital works matters.
