We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives while supporting leaders and staff across the department. Key responsibilities include managing the HR Operations inbox, mentoring HR Officers, analysing workforce data, and preparing reports. You’ll also provide accurate advice by interpreting legislation and directives, ensuring best practice HR outcomes. To succeed, you’ll need strong knowledge of HR practices, workplace legislation and data analysis, along with proven skills in coaching, stakeholder engagement and HR systems.
