Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for shaping transport infrastructure outcomes across Queensland? As a Senior Property Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical projects by providing expert property advice, leading complex acquisition and disposal activities, and working directly with landowners and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of transport infrastructure by developing acquisition strategies, managing sensitive negotiations, and interpreting legislation and case law. You’ll represent TMR in community forums, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure land required for projects is secured efficiently and professionally.
