As a Compliance Delivery Manager your responsibility is to lead a team tasked with managing complex environmental issues including the regulation of environmentally relevant activities, compliance and complaints management, incident response and they day to day management of the team. Compliance Delivery Managers (AO7) work to improve the State’s environmental performance by managing teams of Environmental Officers responsible for compliance activities. Compliance Delivery Managers promote compliance with relevant legislation and policies and advocate consistency in compliance decision making and advocate for compliance improvements in the range of industries across the state. They provide guidance and advice on compliance activities and environmental risks to key industry stakeholders and management; consider recommendations and make decisions on compliance enforcement.
