The Undergraduate Student in Nursing (USIN) assists and supports the RN in the provision of direct/indirect person-centred care and required unit duties within various Work Unit. This role provides an opportunity for ongoing development of the undergraduate student into the profession of nursing, the organisation and healthcare team culture and function.
