Every young person has a story, and sometimes they need the right support at the right time to help them move forward. In this role, you will work alongside young people aged 12–25 years and their families during some of life's most difficult moments, providing compassionate, non-judgemental support and evidence-based care. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections with young people, helping them navigate challenges related to alcohol and drug use while supporting positive change and recovery.
