Strategic Policy and Legislation (SPL) has wide reaching responsibilities that support the operation of Queensland’s justice system and leads the development and coordination of the implementation of proposals for primary and subordinate legislation within the Justice portfolio. SPL is a fast paced, professional office, requiring our staff to have strong organisational and time management skills. As the Administration Officer. you will provide professional administrative support to the Office of the Assistant Director-General SPL, senior management and other staff within Strategic Policy and Legislation. This may include monitoring, maintaining and coordinating effective office administration systems for human resources, financial management, information management, procurement and executive correspondence with a view to achieving best practice.
