In a multi-skilled environment, the Communication Support Officer will: • Provide clients with a professional and confidential receptions service, through the Switchboard, Main Reception and Emergency Department Reception. This includes providing immediate attention to patients presenting for treatment. • Undertake all administrative functions associated with the processing of emergency admissions and after hours direct admissions.
