Investment, Planning and Partnerships (IPP) play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high quality, responsive, departmentally funded outsourced services for individuals, families, and children experiencing vulnerability. The Contract Officer supports the implementation of the contract lifecycle from contract set-up to contract close-out. The Contract Officer is responsible for: • contract administration, including negotiating, establishing and managing contracts; • undertaking market analysis; • participation in end-to-end procurement processes; and • establishing productive and respectful relationships with a diverse range of suppliers.
