About the Command The Strategic and Executive Command (SEC) is a small, specialist team within the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Custodial Operations, providing direct support to executive leadership across the division. The Command exists to translate strategic direction into practical action and to support timely, informed decision‑making at the most senior levels of Custodial Operations. Through its advisory and coordination role, the Strategic and Executive Command enables strong executive leadership, supports effective engagement with the Office of the Commissioner and Office of the Minister, and helps ensure Custodial Operations can respond decisively to emerging challenges while progressing strategic priorities.
