The position provides: • representation, advice and assistance to litigants in the Family Law and Child Safety (Children Young Persons and Their Families Act) matters. • representation, advice and assistance to victims of family violence and children affected by family violence in accordance with Safe at Home policies, and in conjunction with the Court Support and Liaison Service, Family Violence Counselling & Support Service, Police Prosecution and other Safe at Home and Safe Choices Project service providers. • outreach services and on-the-ground community legal education across the North West region of Tasmania..
